Payment status is confirmed through Stripe event notifications. A redirect to a success page alone is not always the final legal proof of settlement.

3) Refunds and donation corrections

If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us promptly through our contact page. Refund decisions are handled case by case in line with applicable law and payment-provider rules.
