Our Mission
The Youth Future Alliance is a coalition of youth-led organisations working to empower young people, with a focus on Sudan and the Sudanese diaspora. We advance youth leadership through innovative programs, inclusive platforms, and strategic partnerships that promote peacebuilding, education, and community development. By uniting voices across borders, TYFA drives collaborative action to build sustainable futures and amplify youth impact globally.

Mariam Shaw is the Founder and Director of the NGO, leading its vision and programs to empower communities through education, youth initiatives, and sustainable development. She is dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities and driving meaningful social impact.
Anas Himedan is a biomedical scientist and civil servant with over 11 years of experience in the UK health sector, serving in the NHS, the Department of Health, and the UK Health Security Agency. Alongside his scientific career, he has been an active human rights advocate for more than 7 years, working to promote justice, dignity, and the protection of vulnerable communities. His professional and advocacy roles reflect a commitment to both public health and human rights on a global scale.
Bassmala builds and maintains relationships with the communities we serve, ensuring our work addresses their needs.
Inas's research and expertise inform our approach to conservation and environmental and medical restorations.
Braeah leads our fundraising efforts, building partnerships that enable us to expand our impact.
Maisa recruits and manages our network of dedicated volunteers who are essential to our work.
Shaza fosters relationships with local communities, ensuring our projects align with their needs and values.

Tugealdin Rahma is an educator, researcher, and youth advocate with a background in computer science and artificial intelligence. He is dedicated to empowering young people through education, technology, and community development, combining academic expertise with a passion for social impact.
