Millions Remain Displaced Across Sudan Despite Growing Return Movements
More than 8.5 million people remain internally displaced across Sudan, while over 5.1 million people have returned to areas of origin. The scale of displacement remains exceptionally high, and returning families may face damaged homes, disrupted services and limited livelihood opportunities.
